Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, please call.
First time missed or forgotten appointments will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the service.
Second and subsequent missed appointments will require payment in full before booking is confirmed.
We will call you when your pet is ready for pick up. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes after the phone call. Pets left for an extended period of time will receive an additional charge.
